ÖGK: New Service Hotline for International Social Security Matters

Since March 2025, the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK) has been operating a nationwide service hotline for internationally active companies. This hotline covers all matters related to the applicable law in international social security. When making inquiries, it no longer matters in which federal state the company is located or where the person to be posted resides.

The central ÖGK service hotline for internationally active companies can be reached for general inquiries or specific cases at the following phone number:

The old service numbers will not be deactivated for the time being but will be automatically redirected to the new hotline.
